Solving Problems Doesn’t Equal Creating Solutions

I design solutions that align values with outcomes. My passion is integrating what got you out of bed this morning with what keeps you up at night. I bridge the gap between the two creating certainty and confidence.

How have your values and personal background specifically positioned you to work with your clients?

My personal experiences have taught me that no two families are alike. Each has its own composition, values, priorities, and ideas around legacy. I’m also acutely aware that the future is uncertain for all of us. Having lost one set of grandparents before they were 60 and being fortunate to have another set live into their mid-90s, I understand that planning for a wide range of outcomes is vital. That perspective informs my work with clients navigating complex decisions, including multigenerational wealth transfer, divorce and prenuptial planning, and retirement. I focus on helping clients gain clarity and confidence during periods of change so financial decisions support not just immediate needs, but long-term goals.

What inspired you to join Bernstein?

The asset management industry can appear commoditized from the outside, but meaningful differences emerge upon closer examination. Bernstein stood out to me because of its unwavering commitment to do what is right for clients and employees. After more than 50 years of growth, Bernstein is confident in its identity and disciplined in where it chooses to focus. In an era of consolidation and oversimplification, the firm remains an outlier–combining rigorous thinking with deeply personal advice. That clarify of purpose, along with the opportunity to lead, mentor and help develop the next generation of advisors is what drew me to Bernstein and continues to inspire me every day.

Which book had the most profound impact on you and why?

The Alice Network by Kate Quinn had a profound impact on me for its portrayal of women who demonstrated extraordinary resilience under pressure. Living in enemy-occupied France during World War II, they endured tremendous hardship while taking on immense responsibility to help others. Their ability to remain steady, decisive, and mission-driven in moments of uncertainty resonates deeply with me. It is a mindset I try to embody as a leader and an advisor–particularly when guiding clients and advisors through complex emotionally charged decisions where clarity and thoughtfulness matter most.
