What has inspired you to stay at Bernstein for as long as you have?
I have been at Bernstein for nearly a decade, and what has inspired me to stay is the opportunity to keep learning and growing within a firm that is deeply collaborative and client centered. I began my career on the client service side of the business, where I developed a strong appreciation for the details, responsiveness and trust that shape a lasting client relationship.
As I transitioned into an advisory role, I was able to build on that foundation and collaborate with colleagues across investment strategy, wealth planning and client service to help families, business owners, women founders and charitable entities navigate complex decisions. Bernstein’s culture keeps the client at the center of that work, giving me the time and resources to understand what truly matters to each person. Planning starts with your goals, values and family dynamics, not just your portfolio.
Tell me about the types of clients you work with.
I work primarily with multigenerational families, business owners and women founders who want clear, thoughtful guidance through complexity. That may include planning before or after a liquidity event, preparing for business succession, coordinating with attorneys and CPAs, engaging the next generation or aligning wealth with family values and philanthropic goals. My role is to help simplify the moving pieces, connect decisions back to what matters most and build a long-term plan clients can revisit as life, markets and family needs evolve.
Who has been the most influential person in your life?
My mother has been one of the most influential people in my life. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and watched her build businesses, take risks, work hard and still make people feel seen and important. That shaped how I show up for clients. I try to listen closely, understand each person’s “why,” and help connect their financial decisions to the life, family, business and community goals behind them. Her example is a big reason I care so much about empowering women and helping families use wealth with purpose.
