Why did you choose Bernstein to grow your career?
I chose Bernstein to grow my career because the culture and leadership here are deeply committed to personal and professional development. They consistently challenge me to step outside my comfort zone, which has been instrumental in my growth as a leader. The supportive environment encourages innovation and continuous learning, allowing me to expand my skills and take on new challenges with confidence.
Who has been the most influential person in your life?
My wife, Michaela, has always encouraged me to strive to be the best I can be each and every day. She serves as a role model to me and our daughter; her ability to juggle a full-time job and be an amazing mother is a daily reminder that no challenge at work is too big to overcome. Her dedication to our family is something that pushes me to be the best I can be each and every day.
What passions do you pursue outside of work?
In my free time, I try to get out to the lake to go fishing or can be found at the family ranch preparing for the upcoming hunting season. I grew up in East Texas and spent the majority of my childhood on the lake or in the woods. I grew up with a passion for the outdoors and was very active in Boy Scouts, where I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2009. Through Boy Scouts, I developed a love for hiking and camping. Each year, my wife and I find a new National Park to visit with the goal of visiting all 63. While at home, like any good dad, you can find me taking on some sort of DIY home project or tending to my lawn.
