What kind of experience do you offer to your clients?
At Bernstein we understand that complexity exists all around us, and it’s our job to bring the ideal resource to bear at the right time so we can accomplish the task at hand. In short, the experience I offer my clients is one that creates clarity in a complex world. Achieving that result requires a deep understanding of investors’ personal priorities and values. Starting from that foundation, I am able to build a financial ecosystem that helps clients achieve their investing goals while maintaining the flexibility to pivot and address the potential evolution of their life needs.
What inspired you to join Bernstein?
During my 20-plus years in the finance industry, I have had the opportunity to work with several firms and hundreds—if not thousands—of other skilled financial professionals. What inspired me to join Bernstein was a desire to be part of a firm that consistently puts investors—not products or profits—front and center in its decision-making process. Some people might ask, Did you find a home at Bernstein? I would say, Better yet, I found a family.
Which personal accomplishment makes you proudest?
My proudest personal accomplishment is being a partner to my beautiful wife and helping my two sons grow up. I’m inspired daily by things the boys do: telling their mom they love her (unprompted!), taking care of their dog, playing video games with friends and family all over the country, being good team members on their respective sports teams, and making small corrections in their day-to-day lives to get to their desired result. And the occasional “I love you, Dad” and hug goes a long way for me as well.
