What inspired you to join Bernstein?
After experiencing a bout with Bell’s palsy, which my doctors attributed to stress, I realized that I needed a change in my career. When I discovered Bernstein, I was immediately struck by the energy and passion that everyone had for their work. The level of conviction that each team member had about the impact they were making was inspiring. I knew I wanted to be part of a team that was dedicated to helping clients and making a positive impact within the community.
What has inspired you to stay at Bernstein for as long as you have?
I value the culture of continuous improvement that is deeply embedded at Bernstein. What sets our firm apart is the unwavering support that is provided to help us grow and develop, both professionally and personally. At work, I am constantly reminded of the impact that our actions can have on the future. I have seen firsthand how decisions made decades ago have come to fruition and positively impacted families, foundations and communities—this inspires my work, and I hope to stay and see what impact I have made as I grow together with Bernstein.
What passions do you pursue outside of work?
When I’m not at work, I enjoy pursuing my passions and spending time with my family. One of my top priorities is spending quality time with my daughter. It’s been an incredible experience watching her grow and learn new things, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with her.
In addition to spending time with my family, I also enjoy designing and printing 3D objects. It’s a fascinating process, and I’m fortunate to be part of a community of like-minded individuals who share my passion for modeling, tinkering, building and growing.
