What has inspired you to stay at Bernstein for as long as you have?
Coming from a large, tight-knit family, I’ve always valued relationships, collaboration and support, and that’s exactly what I’ve found at Bernstein. The culture is one where colleagues genuinely look out for one another, share knowledge and celebrate each other’s successes, which feels very familiar to me. I’ve also had mentors who have challenged me to grow and encouraged me to keep learning, which has prepared me to better serve our clients. That’s especially important to me because helping clients make thoughtful decisions that can impact generations gives me a strong sense of purpose. The combination of consequential work, continuous growth and a culture that reflects my own values has inspired me to build my career here.
What is the most fulfilling aspect of being an advisor to your clients?
The most fulfilling part of being an advisor is building deep, personal relationships with my clients and serving as a trusted partner as they experience the complexities that come with their wealth. These choices often go beyond numbers, as they reflect the kind of legacy clients want to leave for their families and communities. I find it incredibly rewarding to walk alongside them, helping to bring clarity and confidence to those important moments. What matters most to me is that they know I’m not just there for planning and investments, but as someone who genuinely understands their goals and values. Being trusted with something as meaningful as their family’s future and legacy is both humbling and inspiring.
Who has been the most influential person in your life?
The most influential people in my life are my parents. Raising five children, they made countless sacrifices to give us opportunities they never had. Watching their hard work, resilience and selflessness taught me the importance of perseverance, gratitude and putting family first. Their example has shaped who I am and continues to guide me every day.
