Client Operations Manager

Built on Trust. Driven by Care.

Every client deserves an experience that is both personal and proactive. I believe trust is built through consistency, collaboration and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate life’s most important financial decisions.

What’s the best way for people to put their wealth in perspective?

To me, wealth encompasses so much more than financial success—it is about creating the freedom and security to live a meaningful life. Whether that means caring for your family, giving back to your community, pursuing lifelong goals or building a lasting legacy, financial planning should always begin with what matters most to you.

I believe the strongest relationships begin with listening. By taking the time to understand each person’s priorities and values, we can help ensure that every financial decision supports not only where they want to go, but also why it matters to them.

What kind of experience do you offer your clients?

I’m fortunate to partner with a talented team of advisors led by Eric Steinmiller, Jamie Mallinson and Chris Kiernan. Together, we strive to deliver an experience that feels highly personalized and thoughtfully coordinated. Financial planning often involves many moving pieces, and I enjoy helping to create clarity, organization and continuity throughout every stage of the client journey.

One of the greatest benefits we offer is our collaborative team approach. By working alongside a group of advisors with diverse perspectives and areas of expertise, we deliver a more comprehensive and well-rounded experience. Clients benefit not just from one relationship, but from the collective knowledge, responsiveness and support of an entire team working on their behalf.

Whether preparing for meetings, coordinating follow-up or anticipating needs before they arise, my goal is to ensure clients feel supported and confident that every detail is being thoughtfully managed.

Which book had the most profound impact on you and why?

Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom has had a lasting impact on me. Its message about the importance of relationships, perspective and living a meaningful life continues to resonate. The book reminds us that success is not measured solely by professional accomplishments, but also by how we support and connect with others.

That perspective shapes both my personal life and my approach to work. It reinforces that every client relationship is ultimately about people: their families, their goals and the life they want to build.
