Why did you choose Bernstein to grow your career?
What has kept me at Bernstein is the people and the opportunity to continue growing. I joined the firm as an associate and quickly found opportunities to take on more responsibility, develop others and contribute beyond my immediate role. As I moved into management, I saw an opportunity to make an even broader impact by helping people build their careers and creating an environment where teams can be successful.
What kind of experience do you offer to clients?
I believe a great client experience starts with a team that is connected, thoughtful and proactive. In my role, I focus on developing our client service team and creating an environment where people communicate well, anticipate needs and work together to solve problems. My goal is to help our teams make every interaction feel personal, seamless and thoughtful.
What passions do you pursue outside of work?
I have a passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures and cuisines. I have always believed that education goes far beyond school. There is so much to learn from stepping outside of your own bubble, meeting new people and experiencing different ways of life. Books, travel and curiosity push me to try new things and see the world through a broader lens.
