Developing the Future

My passion is coaching and developing the future stars of AB. As a leader in our West Palm Beach office, I am committed to helping our talent realize their aspirations. Investing in others is where I find my purpose.

What has inspired you to stay at Bernstein for as long as you have?

When I first interviewed at Bernstein, its supportive and inclusive culture were evident to me. I was also attracted to its ethical standards and prioritization of client service excellence, which align with mine. I have always appreciated the firm’s emphasis on creativity and forward-thinking and admired its openness to new ideas. All of these factors together contributed to my decision to make Bernstein my long-term home.

Which book had the most profound impact on you and why?

Everything John C. Maxwell publishes. However, the two of his works that have had the most impact are How Successful People Think and How Successful People Grow. Both books have transformed my mindset, helped me think more positively and contributed to my overall well-being and satisfaction at work and at home.

Share one of your most memorable personal accomplishments with us.

The year I coached our team to a co-ed softball championship in our local rec league was especially memorable. The year before, our first in the league, we got eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. In our second year, we trained harder during the offseason and went 12-1 during the regular season and breezed right through the competition in the playoffs on our way to a championship. I was so proud of the team and how hard they worked to make it all happen. This is a moment I will never forget.
