Bernstein Appoints Cecily Bolding to Lead Its Office in Dallas, Texas

(NEW YORK, NY) (DALLAS, TX) — September 10, 2025 — Bernstein Private Wealth Management (Bernstein), a unit of AllianceBernstein L.P. (NYSE: AB), today announced Cecily Bolding has joined the firm as a Managing Director, taking the helm of its private wealth office in Dallas, TX. In her new role, Bolding will lead a team of wealth advisors serving high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth clients, reporting to Adam Sansiveri, Regional Senior Managing Director at Bernstein.

According to Henley & Partners, a London-based private investment migration consultancy firm, Dallas was named among the top 50 cities in the world for millionaires. From 2013 to 2023, Dallas grew 75% in those reaching millionaire status.

Bolding brings over two decades of experience in wealth management to her new role. Before joining Bernstein, she held the position of Managing Director at Northern Trust responsible for overseeing its Dallas Market. During her tenure there, she held advisory roles as Wealth Strategist and Private Banker. Prior to wealth management, Bolding worked in the nonprofit sector, where she engaged with high-net-worth donors, establishing boards for local nonprofits such as Make-A-Wish North Texas, The Dallas Symphony, and Methodist Richardson Medical and Cancer Centers. Bolding began her career as a financial analyst at Frost Bank. 

A native of Houston, TX, Bolding graduated with business honors and a pre-law concentration from Texas A&M University. She achieved the Certified Financial Planner certification from Southern Methodist University. Bolding is actively involved in the charitable community of Dallas/Fort Worth, serving as a Woman of Tocqueville with the United Way, the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Executive Women’s Roundtable, and as fundraising trustee for CREW in the community. She is a former board member of CREW Dallas and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum.

Bowman Hallagan, the previous Managing Director of the Dallas office, remains with the firm and will return to his New England roots to lead the firm’s private wealth office in Boston, MA.
