Bernstein Accelerates Philadelphia Growth with Expanded Senior Leadership

Evan Linhardt Promoted to Director of Philadelphia Office

(Pennsylvania, PA) — February 25, 2026 — Bernstein Private Wealth Management (Bernstein), a unit of AllianceBernstein L.P. (NYSE: AB), today announced plans to accelerate the growth of its Philadelphia office with the appointment of Evan Linhardt as Director. This key leadership addition reflects the firm’s strong momentum and commitment to expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. Under the leadership of Managing Director Donald Braun, the Philadelphia office has been one of Bernstein’s fastest-growing private wealth offices over the past five years, driven by strong organic growth.

In his new role, Linhardt will work closely with Braun to attract and retain top wealth advisor talent, further strengthening the office’s capabilities. As Bernstein enters 2026, the leadership team remains focused on strategic hiring, advisor development, and deepening relationships with local business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community organizations to broaden its regional footprint.

“Philadelphia has rapidly emerged as a priority growth market for Bernstein, and maintaining this momentum demands intentional investment in our talent,” said John Polidori, Regional Senior Managing Director at Bernstein. “Evan’s promotion not only complements Don’s exceptional leadership but also underscores our long-term commitment to addressing the growing needs of high-net-worth and ultrahigh-net-worth families for personalized financial advice to help them navigate the complexities of their wealth.”

Braun added, “Evan’s leadership will be instrumental as we look to expand our client base and advisor team. I am excited to partner with him as he embarks on this next chapter of his career journey at the firm. He is a natural and future leader at Bernstein, and his promotion is a testament to his exceptional contributions and strength of our team across the Mid-Atlantic region.”

Linhardt joined Bernstein in 2020 as a wealth advisor, specializing in complex wealth management strategies, including personal and institutional philanthropy and multigenerational wealth transfer. He recently completed the firm’s prestigious Managing Director Academy, an internal leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of Bernstein leaders. Additionally, he serves as the Advisory sponsor for Bernstein’s Foundation and Institutional Advisory (FIA) business segment.

Linhardt holds a BA in political science and government from Syracuse University and Master’s in school leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. He is actively engaged in Philadelphia community serving on the boards of local nonprofit organizations such as LiveWell Foundation (President), Sow Good Now, and the Community Foundation of South Jersey.

Bernstein has maintained a presence in Philadelphia for over 20 years and continues to invest in talent and resources to meet the growing demand for comprehensive wealth management services in the region. The Philadelphia office is staffed with a team of seasoned wealth management professionals with decades of experience serving wealthy individuals and families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
