What has inspired you to stay at Bernstein for as long as you have?
The philosophy of always putting our clients first is one of the many reasons why I have stayed at Bernstein. This is not just something we say, it drives all that we do. From my time as an associate, then in management and now as an advisor, the firm has never wavered on this commitment. Being surrounded every day by a firm and colleagues who exude the highest degree of ethical standards and rigor to drive to the best possible client outcomes provides the optimal foundation for partnering with our clients to pursue their wealth goals.
What is the most fulfilling aspect of being an advisor to your clients?
For me, no matter the role, it has always been about engaging with our clients. Building these relationships, learning about what matters and how to prioritize—and partnering together to build a plan that will reach their goals is why I do what I do. It’s incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to play a role in their lives and be a part of what is so meaningful to them. This has never been a job for me, I truly love what I do.
What passions do you pursue outside of work?
Outside of work, I set aside as much time as possible to spend with my wife and three daughters. For relaxation, I love to be outdoors as much as possible. Over the years, this has changed from spending time on the golf course to hanging out on the soccer field at my children’s games. My true source of joy comes from being involved in my daughters’ lives, giving them guidance as they grow and finding new and exciting activities and opportunities for them.
